All orders that do not include a pre-order item or a personalized item are shipped within 24-48 hours (business days). If you have not received your tracking number, please contact customer service.
For orders that include a personalized item, as stated on our website, the estimated delivery time is between 9 and 15 business days (depending on the item ordered). This is because, in the case of a personalized order, we depend on the availability of the provider responsible for the customizations.
If it is a pre-order item, the delivery date will be indicated on the product page, and we will also send an email reminding you of the delivery time once the purchase has been confirmed.
