One of the items in my order is out of stock; can it be shipped separately?Updated 10 months ago

We are environmentally conscious, and to avoid pollution caused by multiple shipments to the same location, we typically ship the entire order at once. If a customer orders multiple items, we ship the entire order once the last product is ready. This means that if your order contains both in-stock and pre-sale or out-of-stock items, the shipping phase will commence when all products are available for dispatch.

Always check our product page for information, as we provide a delivery date when an item is on pre-sale or temporarily out of stock.
