How can I modify or add an article to my order?Updated 9 months ago

Before confirming an order, we advise customers to check that their entire order is correct and free of errors (size, color, etc.). Once the order is confirmed, we assume that it is correct.

To make a modification to an order, the customer needs to contact us specifying what they want to change. Customer service responds within 24 business hours and in the order received. This means that even if the customer contacts us immediately after placing the order, we cannot guarantee that the change can be made.

If the change cannot be made before the order is shipped, the customer will need to return the item, and the return shipping costs will be their responsibility, according to the return policy.
