At Velites, we are committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction. If for any reason you need to return your product, we are here to assist you.
Our policy applies equally whether you are seeking a size exchange or a refund.
BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE RETURN OF YOUR PRODUCT, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
- Return the product along with all its accessories.
- Both the product and accessories must be in their original packaging, which should be undamaged.
- The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and unwashed.
- The purchase date must not exceed 30 days (excluding pre-sale items).
- Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly through our website.
- Custom and clearance items are not eligible for return. Our warehouse team will conduct a thorough inspection of each returned product. Size exchanges or refunds will be processed only after our team has approved the returned items.
Unfortunately, if the product does not meet our requirements, we will not be able to process your request for a size exchange or refund. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Here are the return costs. If your order meets the minimum required value, we offer free returns:
- Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands: €5.90, free for orders over €80
- Canary Islands: €9.90, free for orders over €80
- European Union: €11.90, free for orders over €85
- Switzerland, Norway, Gibraltar: €14.90, free for orders over €85
- United Kingdom: Returns are free.
If you wish to exchange for a different size, you will not need to pay additional shipping costs.
If you live in the United Kingdom and wish to exchange for a different size, please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with receiving the replacement product.
