At Velites, we have designed four different hand grip models to meet the needs of all types of athletes and surfaces.
Additionally, all our hand grips come with matching wristbands, included at no extra cost.
It’s important to note that among these four models, none is inherently better than the others. They are simply different, and the key is to choose the one that best suits you and your training style.
To help you make the best choice, we recommend considering the following factors:
- The type of bar at your gym.
- The type of training and your goals.
- Whether you use chalk or not.
- Your body weight.

QUAD PRO:
Optimal use with chalk.
2.9 mm thickness.
Suitable for athletes up to 90 kg.
Recommended use on: rough bars, with and without chalk.
QUAD CARBON:
Optimal use with chalk.
Strong and durable, with a carbon fiber finish and a thickness of 2.9 mm.
Suitable for athletes of any weight.
Our most durable hand grips.
Recommended use on: rough bars, with and without chalk.
QUAD ULTRA:
Optimal use without chalk on smooth bars.
Reduces forearm tension: thanks to their excellent grip, they are perfect for long training sessions, prioritizing performance.
2.9 mm thickness.
Suitable for athletes of any weight.
Recommended use on: smooth bars without chalk.
ALL TERRAIN:
Optimal use without chalk. The bar can have chalk, but it should not be applied directly to the hand grip.
Designed for all types of surfaces: bars, kettlebells, rowers, or rings.
Thinner and more resistant, with a thickness of 2.1 mm, reinforced with high-tech fibers.
Perfect for competition, when you don’t know what type of bar you’ll encounter.
Recommended use on: smooth and rough bars without chalk, and rough bars with chalk.
