Where should I request my return?

You will only need:
Your order number (format VELIS50XXXXXX)
Your delivery postcode
From the portal, you can:
Exchange your product for another size, color, or model (if available)
Request a refund
If the new product costs more, you can pay the difference. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded automatically.
Return Requirements
Before proceeding with your return, please make sure you meet the following conditions:
Return the product with all original accessories.
Product and accessories must be in their original, undamaged packaging.
Product must be in perfect condition, unused and unwashed.
The purchase date must not exceed 30 days (excluding pre-sale items).
Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly on our website.
Custom and clearance items cannot be returned.
All returned items are inspected by our warehouse team. Refunds or exchanges will only be approved if the product meets all requirements.
⚠️ If the product does not comply, the return will be rejected and cannot be shipped back to you.
